In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind we will happily exchange or provide credit for your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items are returned within 10 days after the delivered date and the original sales receipt is present.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garment must not have been worn.
- Please choose carefully, there is
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON ANY SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS.
Any returns are paid upon the expense of the customer as we do not provide a return label.

Within your return parcel, please keep inside a handwritten note that states your full name, order number and reason for exchange.
It is until we receive your return parcel, we will contact you to inform you of updates/changes made with your order.
If you return items to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return them to you at your cost.
We do not offer credit or exchange for change of mind purchases on sale items, scarves, bands and accessories.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us via email to resolve your matter. It is preferred you contact us within 10 days after receiving your parcel, or else your return will not be accepted.
